Workout 1


Strength/Skill
1a) Kettlebell Shoulder Press – 5 sets of 5 reps (per side) at a moderate weight. Rest 60sec.
1b) Goblet Walking Lunges – 5 sets of 8 reps at a moderate weight. Rest 60 sec.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
5 Pushups
10 Situps
15 Squats

  1. 18 lbs kettlebell for press and goblet walking as "prescribed" ;). 5 or 6 complete sets of AMRAP sorry I tend to lose count but I'm pretty sure it was 6. Not a bad little workout got me sweating :p and feeling my muscles. Now I'm gonna checkout what's next on YouTube ;)
